Win a Semester’s Accommodation Fees
Book your room at Lulworth House by 31 August 2026 and you’ll be automatically entered into our prize draw to win a prize equivalent to one semester’s accommodation fees (calculated as 14 weeks).
Who can enter?
You will be automatically entered into the prize draw if you:
- are a new or continuing student at Health Sciences University during the 2026/27 academic year
- book an eligible room at Lulworth House before the published deadline of 31 August 2026.
- complete your enrolment/re-enrolment at the University;
- move into your accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 academic year;
- remain enrolled and living in Lulworth House on 31 January 2027;
- be in good standing with the University at the point of payment, including having met all financial obligations and not being subject to any disciplinary or other formal University procedures that may affect eligibility.
- be in good standing with Lulworth House at the point of payment, including having met all financial obligations and not being subject to any warnings, notices or payment arrears.
This offer is open to all new and existing bookings at Lulworth House for the 2026/27 academic year. The offer does not apply to accommodation booked with other providers.
How does the prize draw work?
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants after 14 October 2026.
- The winner will be notified of their selection on or shortly after 14 October 2026 but payment will not be made until after 31 January 2027 once eligibility has been verified.
When will the prize be paid?
The prize will be paid within 30 days of 31 January 2027 by BACS transfer to your account, subject to the winner remaining enrolled on their course and continuing to live in Lulworth House at this point.
If the selected winner no longer meets the eligibility criteria before payment is due, the University reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entrants.
£500 Move-in Grant
Secure your place through Clearing and book your accommodation at Lulworth House, and you could receive a £500 Move-in Grant to help with the cost of settling into university life.
Who can apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- apply to the University through Clearing during the promotional period*;
- accept an offer to study on an eligible course** at HSU’s Bournemouth campus;
- book an eligible room at Lulworth House during the promotional period*;
- be fully enrolled at the University and living in Lulworth House on 14 October 2026;
- be in good standing with the University at the point of payment, including having met all financial obligations and not being subject to any disciplinary or other formal University procedures that may affect eligibility; and
- be in good standing with Lulworth House at the point of payment, including having met all financial obligations and not being subject to any warnings, notices or payment arrears.
How the grant is awarded
- Eligible students will be notified if they have secured a provisional Move-in Grant award, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
- Only one Move-in Grant can be awarded per eligible student.
When will I receive my payment?
The £500 Move-in Grant will be paid within 30 days of 14 October 2026, once your eligibility has been confirmed. Payment will be made by BACS transfer to your account.
