Local Letting Agencies
Letting agents are held to a Code of Practice in the UK, and it is important to know your rights. The Tenant Fees Act which came into force on 1 June 2019, bans most letting fees and caps tenancy deposits paid by tenants in the private rented sector in England. The ban on fees applies to new or renewed tenancy agreements signed on or after 1 June 2019.
There are several local agencies in the area that specialise in student accommodation. They will have local landlords on their books and may be able to suggest a few options for you. By including details on this page Health Sciences University is not recommending these providers over any other.
You also have the option to join our student Facebook group for current students and applicants.
