Biography

Rob Beaven is a UK-based chiropractor, clinical educator, and business owner with a focus on evidence-informed musculoskeletal care and performance. He is co-founder of Dyer Street Clinic, a multidisciplinary practice that integrates chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, general medicine and performance training under one roof.

He is a clinical tutor at Health Sciences University (HSU), where he supports the development of future practitioners. His work focuses on strengthening clinical reasoning, improving rehabilitation knowledge, and helping students transition into modern, multidisciplinary musculoskeletal practice.

Alongside his clinical and academic work, Rob plays a key role in shaping professional education as Head of Partnerships at Physio Matters, one of the leading platforms for musculoskeletal CPD.

He co-hosts the award-winning Back Pain Podcast, where he explores contemporary topics in MSK care with clinicians and experts from around the world. His broader interests include strength and conditioning, and developing services that support long-term health and function, particularly for active adults and older populations.

Rob’s approach is grounded in clinical competence, collaboration, and a strong emphasis on practical, real-world outcomes for patients.
