Biography
Before joining the Health Business School, he served as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant (PGTA) at the University of Nottingham and as a part-time Lecturer at the Elizabeth School of London, UK. He also taught extensively in Bangladesh, holding positions as both Assistant Professor and Lecturer at leading public and private universities.
During his doctoral studies, Dr. Shadrul Hassan played an active role in academic and student communities, serving as Social Secretary of the Doctoral Society, a mentor, Registry and Academic Affairs Ambassador, and exam invigilator at the University of Nottingham, UK.
He has a strong interest in industry collaboration. While in Bangladesh, he partnered with industry experts to organise seminars and professional development events for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
His current research interests focus on top management teams, CEO leadership, strategy, innovation, social innovation. He has presented his work at several academic conferences, including the British Academy of Management (BAM) Conference.

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with strong skills in STATA, SPSS and Nvivo.
