Biography
William graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2009 and has enjoyed running his own practice as well as working in multidisciplinary teams in the South West of England and India.
William has stated that he is delighted to be involved with teaching while still retaining a clinical, patient facing role.
Areas of Interest
William is interested in making access to chiropractic available to all through the NHS and has amassed nearly 10 years work as a NHS chiropractor including in a large GP surgery and as Clinical Lead for an AQP NHS contract. During the pandemic, he used his clinical background as a chiropractor to work for his local NHS Integrated Care Board and Clinical Commissioning Group as an Outbreak Specialist Practitioner.
Jointly responsible for around 200 care homes, this involved visiting during outbreaks of infectious disease including COVID-19, scabies, norovirus and C. difficile in order to support, advise and provide training for Care Home Managers.
