Biography
Sigma is a lecturer at the Health Business School, bringing a wealth of experience in higher education, including program and module development from her previous academic roles.
Before joining the Health Business School, she served as a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant (PGTA) at the University of Nottingham and worked as a part-time lecturer at the Elizabeth School of London, UK. Sigma also has extensive teaching experience in Bangladesh, where she held positions as both Assistant Professor and Lecturer at public and private universities.
During her doctoral studies, she actively contributed to academic and student communities by serving as the Seminar Secretary of the Doctoral Society and as a mentor at the University of Nottingham.
Sigma has a strong interest in industry collaboration. While in Bangladesh, she organized sales fairs and seminars for undergraduate students in partnership with industry professionals.
Her current research interests focus on digital transformation, top-level management teams, CEO, and strategy. She has participated in several academic conferences, including the British Academy of Management (BAM) Conference.
