Biography
Aaron Coode graduated from Health Sciences University with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic in 2002. Since graduating his time on campus has been spent teaching at the University College holding the position of assistant lecturer, lecturer, and Clinical Tutor. He has considerable experience in teaching chiropractic, clinical reasoning and exercise science and rehabilitation in a pre-clinical and clinical setting to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Aaron works part time at the Health Sciences University, for the rest of his working week, he is a Consulting Chiropractor at Southampton Football Club.
Current Activity
Aaron is currently a Clinical Tutor at the Health Sciences University Chiropractic Clinic. This role primarily involves the provision of tuition, supervision and assessment of Clinical Interns. Overarching responsibility for patient safety and Intern competence, to act as a mentor for Interns, to provide advice and support on academic and pastoral matters.
Areas of Interest
Rehabilitation of the spine, sports injuries, gait evaluation, foot orthoses, western medical acupuncture and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation.
