Course Details
This seminar is open for all Registered health care professionals that are interested in expanding their skill set or undertaking ultrasound as a career.
The aim of this CPD session is to introduce delegates to ultrasound in particular- those that are thinking about expanding their skillset in ultrasound or those wanting to embark on a career in ultrasound. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in seminars covering basic physics, gynecology, vascular, and obstetric ultrasound. At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity for delegates to gain some practical ultrasound experience using phantoms and models.
- To allow prospective students to decide if ultrasound is a career that may be of interest.
- To allow prospective students to decide if they wish to expand their skillset by undertaking ultrasound
- Undertake hands-on practical session that may enhance applications for U/S training posts.
