Tshepiso Mohoto is originally from South Africa and is now based in the United Kingdom. She is currently completing her PhD in Business Management at the University of Suffolk, where her research explores digital transformation, trust, inclusion, and organisational responsibility. Her research informs her teaching and brings current perspectives into the classroom.
Before becoming a Lecturer, she worked as an Associate Lecturer at both the University of Suffolk and Health Sciences University, developing her teaching practice across business and management subjects.
Prior to academia, she worked at Standard Bank in several banking roles, gaining valuable experience in leadership and working within regulated environments. She also worked as a Safeguarding and Compliance Coordinator at England Netball, strengthening her expertise in governance and organisational practice.
She is passionate about supporting students and helping them connect academic theory with real-world practice.
