Biography

Carol Earley is a passionate healthcare academic and radiography professional with extensive experience in clinical imaging, education, and healthcare leadership. Her academic journey—from a B.Com to a PhD—reflects a commitment to lifelong learning.  She is particularly inspired by the intersection of neuroscience and employee engagement, and strives to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments. Carol brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, pedagogical insight, and strategic thinking to academic roles, making her well-suited for a Lecturer position in Diagnostic Radiography.

Experience, Areas of interest/expertise:

Carol is a Senior Lecturer with experience in curriculum development, student mentorship, and academic leadership. She is a former General Manager of a healthcare facility with strong operational and strategic skills. Carol is a Radiographer with hands-on experience in CT/MRI across NHS Trusts and an Independent consultant in corporate strategy and employee engagement. She is skilled in qualitative research, appreciative inquiry, and change management
