Biography

Tshepiso is originally from South Africa and has lived and studied in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management at the University of Suffolk. Her research focuses on the impact of digital transformation on retail banking in South Africa. Additionally, she occasionally works as an associate lecturer at the University of Suffolk. Tshepiso has a background in the banking sector and compliance, and she joined HSU to expand her academic teaching experience and contribute to knowledge sharing in digital transformation and business management.
