Dr Lisa Harding is a senior lecturer in the Health Business School at the Health Sciences University, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CMCIPD) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Biography

Dr Lisa Harding is a senior lecturer in the Health Business School at the Health Sciences University. Lisa is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CMCIPD)and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).  Lisa has worked in higher education in both academic and management roles for over 15 years.  Prior to working in academia, Lisa enjoyed a 20 year career in industry, predominantly in management and leadership roles.

Lisa’s teaching focuses primarily in the areas of people management and development, organisational behaviour and research methods.  Her PhD explored the work experiences of academic multiple job holders working in UK higher education institutions through the lens of contemporary career theory.
