Great healthcare isn’t just about what you do, it’s about how you connect. This seminar gives you practical verbal and non-verbal tools to build trust, uncover patients’ real needs, and motivate them to follow your advice. You’ll learn how to adapt your style for different personalities, overcome communication barriers, and create deeper patient relationships that drive better outcomes. Walk away with proven strategies you can use immediately to boost your communication impact.
By the end, you’ll know the three keys to excellent communication and have clear strategies to overcome barriers that hold you back. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately to build stronger relationships, improve treatment outcomes, and take your communication confidence to the next level.

By the end of this seminar, you will be able to:

  • Recognise the true impact of communication on patient outcomes.
  • Read and respond to verbal and non-verbal cues effectively.
  • Ask high-quality questions that uncover deeper needs and hidden barriers.
  • Flex your communication style to connect with different personalities.
  • Motivate patients to follow advice and stick with treatment plans.

On Monday morning, you’ll be ready to:

  • Build instant rapport, consciously and subconsciously.
  • Listen actively to pick up what’s said and what’s unsaid.
  • Tailor your language and body language to boost patient engagement.
  • Phrase recommendations in a way that resonates with each patient.
